The City of Springfield is issuing this Request for Proposal under the provisions of ORS 279C.337 for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the City Hall Deferred Maintenance and Quad Redesign Project for Springfield City Hall, located at 225 5th Street, Springfield, Oregon (Project). The Project includes the renovation of three of the four existing sections of the City Hall office space ("Quads"), totaling approximately 33,750 square feet of occupied office space.
