On-Call Rock Scaling Services

ODOT is seeking qualified contractors to enter into on-call contracts (price agreements) to perform rock scaling work for ODOT as needed upon ODOT's issuance of work orders. ODOT intends to award a price agreement to each qualified contractor that submits a responsive bid. Once price agreements are awarded, selection of a contractor from amongst the available price agreement holders will be made using procedures described in the attached Sample Price Agreement.
