REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Retrospective analysis of Oregon State Greater Sage-Grouse (GRSG) Mitigation Programs and recommendations for structuring and improving programming. Offeror will produce a retrospective analysis of the state-based greater sage-grouse (GRSG) mitigation programs. The goal is to provide recommendations for structuring and improving Oregon's Sage-grouse Mitigation Program on private and public lands in the Western U.S. The focus is on landscape values in addition to GRSG while engaging in the full mitigation hierarchy including measures to avoid and minimize impacts to resource values before engaging in compensatory mitigation.
