Introduction On behalf of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), the Division of Transit and Rail (DTR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid for facility maintenance services at CDOT Mobility Hubs in the West I-70, South I-25 and North I-25 Corridors. Background, Overview and Goals CDOT must provide clean and accessible mobility hubs for the transit community and general public. CDOT is requesting bids for ongoing facility maintenance services throughout the year including but not limited to: snow plowing, trash pick-up and removal, power washing, graffiti removal, sign maintenance, electrical maintenance, glass replacement, weekly cleaning, quarterly deep cleaning, weeding, and…
