The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) is seeking to qualify one engineering consultant to support SEMCOG on various water infrastructure and other environmental regulatory topics that require specialized knowledge. The consultant, upon the request of the SEMCOG staff, will research topics related to EPA regulations, EGLE regulations and infrastructure management best practices. The awarded consultant will also be expected to aid in coordinating SEMCOG's efforts related to the Regional Infrastructure Coordination Hub (RICH) as well as providing support to infrastructure and asset management.
