City of Manistee Public Art Mural

The City of Manistee is seeking qualified artists or artist teams to submit proposals for the design and installation of a public art mural on a concrete retaining wall located along the First Street sidewalk, between Oak Street and Pine Street. The retaining wall extends approximately 150 feet in length and features a tapered height, ranging from approximately 3 feet at the eastern end to 7 feet 6 inches at the western end.
