On-call County Facilities Repair and Maintenance Services

The County of Mercer requests bids from contractors to provide on-call repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, replacement, and maintenance services for County-owned or County-maintained buildings, structures, and facility systems, in the trade disciplines identified in the Proposal Form. Work may be routine, intermittent, urgent, urgent, or emergency in nature. HVAC services are excluded and are procured separately.
