The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Human Resources, Benefits Division, is requesting proposals for comprehensive administration services for the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (Healthcare FSA), Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), and Direct Bill programs.
