EACH ORDER SHALL CONSIST OF APPRIXIMATELY 2,500 GALLONS. QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL USAGE MAY INCREASE OR DECREASE. VENDOR SHALL SUPPLY ITEM AS PER BID AND HOLD THE CITY HARMLESS FOR INCREASES OR DECREASES IN QUANTITIES.
