The scope includes all items shown on the drawings and in the specifications which includes, but is not limited to, the following (refer to the drawings and specifications for complete description of the scope of work): 1. Mobilization, submittals, performance and payment bond 2. Demolition, properly dispose of debris, provide a waste manifest to the District. 3.
