The project consists of the selective interior demolition and renovation of approximately 12,800 SF of Level 1 within the existing Lynchburg Fire Station 1, located at 801 Clay Street, Lynchburg, Virginia, with limited renovation and associated work within ancillary spaces on the Lower Level.
