The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Septic Tank Pumping Services. The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon February 1, 2027, or the specific date, which is on or after the ordinance approved start date or the contract term start date that the Phoenix City Council approves or the Effective Date, whichever is later.
