SECTION 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed BIDS for the NORTHEAST CELL 2 AND SEDIMENT PONDS CLEANING will be received by CLARK COUNTY at the CLARK COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 401 CLAY STREET, ARKADELPHIA, ARKANSAS, 71923 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
