The Iowa Department of Management (DOM), on behalf of the Iowa Department of Public Safety (DPS), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to research available Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) platforms and implementation approaches. DPS seeks solutions capable of supporting centralized digital evidence intake, storage, management, sharing, retention, legal hold, immutable audit trails, and chain-of-custody controls across the agency.
