Berniece Bennett Park Restroom Rehabilitation Project

The Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the removal of existing toilets, urinal, sinks, tile, and fixtures; preparation of all substrates; installation of city-furnished materials including tile, sinks, bars, and fixtures; and painting to complete the Berniece Bennett Park Restroom renovations, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.
