Pest Control Services: Yuba College, Marysville Campus and Sutter County Campus

The scope includes all items required to provide a comprehensive pest control service for the Yuba College Marysville Campus and Sutter County Campus building and per the list of line items in the solicitation. Although the District Board will be requested to authorize the multi-year agreement, each year will be individually awarded based on the performance of the Pest Control firm in meeting the needs of the College. The first year is a 6 month agreement period. The second through 5th years are 12 months. This aligns with the fiscal years of the District. The District is a net 30 days agency.
