Construction includes, but is not limited to: lead abatement and demolition of an existing building, replacing the roof on an existing open basketball pavilion, seal coat of existing parking lot, selective demolition of trail and play areas, resurfacing of existing asphalt trails, construction of new concrete sidewalks and entry plaza, new play area and site amenities, resurfacing of basketball and tennis courts, new lights and electrical, site grading and detention, and tree planting.
