SMPD_PS for ACM_RFI# 528310 - Master Equipment Supply Agreement

The New York City Housing Authoritys (NYCHA) Asset and Capital Management Division is seeking input (Responses) from manufacturers and suppliers of auger compactors and interior compactors on a proposed Master Equipment Supply Agreement. Under this new procurement approach, NYCHA would enter into an agreement with a qualified manufacturer or supplier, establishing pre-negotiated terms, conditions, and unit pricing for equipment to be supplied across multiple NYCHA developments.
