SCOPE OF WORK Herndon/MLK Ditch The proposed project provides for the construction of drainage improvements (approx. 1700 linear feet) in the City of Kirbyville, Texas, including grading, reshaping and installing an earthen ditch, installing new reinforced box culverts, constructing new concrete headwalls/riprap, and associated improvements Specifically, the City intends to conduct the following improvements: Base Bid Items: Constructing 8’x3’ RCB culverts (approx. 253 linear feet), 4’x2’ RCB culvert (approx. 27 linear feet), including pipe penetrations through the box and all surface restoration all with stabilized backfill under roadway.
