Furnish and Install Two (2) Snow Plow Assemblies and Two (2) V-Box Spreaders on City-Owned Vehicles

The City of New Carrollton ("the City") is soliciting written quotations from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, install, test, and warrant two (2) complete municipal-grade snow plow assemblies and two (2) hopper-type ("V-box") granular material spreaders on two (2) existing City-owned Peterbilt trucks. The City maintains approximately 23 centerline miles of municipal roadway consisting primarily of residential streets, cul-de-sacs, and limited collector roadways. Equipment furnished under this RFQ must be suitable for repeated freeze/thaw cycles, mixed rock salt and treated salt applications, and confined residential street operation with parked vehicles on both sides.
