The solicitation includes FAR 52.225-3/52.225-4 and provides for identification of “Other Foreign End Products”; however, the solicitation also states that the offered machine must be manufactured in the United States, a DFARS qualifying country, or a TAA-compliant country. Please confirm whether an end product manufactured in China may be offered and evaluated under FAR 52.225-3, or whether Chinese-origin equipment is specifically excluded from consideration.
