The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a rotary draw hand bender. Offerors must provide a technical characteristics statement as well as confirmation on ability of the machine to produce part number L5842706 (Attachment 3) for review of technical acceptability. Basis for Award: The govenrment intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered.
