Financial Project Management Services WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The City of Vergennes is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide financial project management, funding administration, and compliance support for the City's wastewater system improvement project. Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2026 and continue through 2028. This program is funded through multiple public financing sources, including USDA Rural Development and the Vermont Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF).
