This modification will add necessary alterations to ongoing construction to the Fire Traininer facility. 1. Demolition & Site Preparation: Demolish and dispose of the existing in-pond non-operational submersible pump; drain the retention pond and clear accumulated algae/debris. 2. Civil Foundation: Construct a new on-land reinforced concrete foundation pad for the relocated external pump system. 3.
