Sewer Improvements Project - FY 2026 CDS/CPF Community Grants

The City of Waynesboro (City) is seeking an engineering firm to provide design services and construction management for its sewer improvement project funded by the FY 2026 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS)/Community Project Funding (CPF). These funds will be distributed and administered through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency EPA. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed to provide design and inspection services for local, state and federally funded projects.
