The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a Medical Director at Choate Center located at 1000 North Main Street, Anna, IL 62906. Full-time Medical Director for the Choate Center. Services to begin upon execution of contract through June 30, 2029. The contractor shall provide coverage for the I/DD Forensics 40 bed unit as well as the DBHR 75 bed units. The DBHR 75 bed units are expected to be phased out completely by March 2027. In order to cover the DBHR units, the contractor must be a board-certified Psychiatrist.
