FY27 CSS Hydrostripper Equipment Repair Parts and Maintenance Services

IDOT is seeking bids for the Central Sign Shop Hydrostripper Repair Parts and Maintenance Services. 'Non-Core Repair Parts' are repair parts which are not listed between line items 5 through 78, but may be required for maintenance and repairs. The Vendor shall provide a percent discount from established published or on-line catalogs for non-core repair parts. Repair parts shall be OEM, new, and in original packaging. The agency estimates $100,000 for non-core repair parts for the 4 year term of the contract, and that bidders should enter $100,000 in the Unit Cost for item #1, along with their percent discount for non-core repair parts.
