FCC Butner - Water Chemical Testing and Consultation Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Water Chemical Testing and Consultation Services for the Federal Correctional Complex Butner, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to award an indefinite deliver/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The award will be based on price and past performance.
