The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, has a requirement for the refurbishment of nine (9) Air Handling Units (AHUs) located at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to inspect, clean, restore coils, refurbish and seal AHU floors, walls, and blowers, perform required testing and commissioning, and return the units to safe and efficient operation in accordance with the Statement of Work.
