Consultant Services for the Preparation of a Five-Year Consolidated Plan, FY28 Annual Action Plan

Hidalgo County Urban County Program is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional consulting services for the preparation of a Five-Year Consolidated Plan, FY 2028 Annual Action Plan, and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for Hidalgo County, the City of Edinburg, the City of McAllen, and the City of Mission.
