This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter “IFB” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the San Francisco Department of Public Health (hereinafter, “DPH” or “City”). DPH, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Bidders”) to provide offers (“Bid”) for Non-Emergency Wheelchair-Accessible Transportation (NEWAT) for Patients/Residents at DPH’s Zuckerberg San Francisco General (ZSFG) Hospital, Laguna Honda Hospital (LHH), and DPH-operated/contracted Clinics, in accordance with Appendix A, Scope of Services, to City’s Contract Terms (Attachment 1).
