The project will renovate and modernize the existing library and add approximately 1,640 square feet of new space. The overall objective is to improve the facility's safety, accessibility, functionality, building systems, and public-service environment while supporting current and future library programs. The selected Design-Build Entity will advance the County's bridging documents through final design, permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
