Rooftop Make Up Air Unit Replacement

The Town of Fairfield, on behalf of its Water Pollution Control Facility, is soliciting sealed pricing proposals from qualified Contractors for the isolation, disconnection, removal, and replacement of one (1) existing rooftop Make-Up Air (MUA) Unit. The replacement unit shall be an in-kind replacement consisting of a Reznor Model RPBL500 or an approved equal. Any proposed equivalent shall be submitted with complete product specifications and shall be subject to the Town's review and written approval prior to installation.
