SCOPE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District anticipates a requirement for two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed, Performance Oriented Construction Activity (POCA), for the Nashville District’s East Region and West Region.
