The Indian Health Service is researching companies that can provide 24/7/365 real-time video telebehavioral health support for emergency departments in the Great Plains Area. Services include suicide-risk assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, psychiatric medication consultation, care placement coordination, interpreters, and culturally responsive care. The initial locations are five hospitals in South Dakota and North Dakota, with an anticipated base period from August 1, 2027, through July 31, 2028, plus four option years. Indian small businesses, Indian economic enterprises, small businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB firms are invited to respond for market research; this is not yet a contract opportunity.
