READ ENTIRE ATTACHED SOLICITATION > The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, DMV is seeking a qualified and properly licensed towing and recovery operator to provide on-call, as-needed towing and secure storage of unauthorized vehicles located at DMV Headquarters Services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year.
