The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing a secure, web-based software data management system, referred to as the “Behavioral Health Management System (BHMS)”, for the State of Wyoming,Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on September 30, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on September 11th, 2026.
