Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) 3-Acre Adoption

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking applications from eligible Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) communities who have assumed or will assume responsibility for local three-acre sites and integrate(d) the three-acre sites into their MS4 permit. MS4 adoption of three-acre sites will provide financial and technical assistance to three-acre sites. This grant program aims to support MS4s with developing and implementing stormwater treatment practices to comply with MS4 permit obligations.
