MHCC is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM/GC) for Construct and renovate multiple facilities and campus areas throughout the MHCC Gresham Campus, organized into three major work packages: 1: Athletics / Title IX Improvements, 2: Health & Science Improvements, and 3: Academic Center / Campus Improvements.
