This project involves rehabilitation and updated of an existing single-family home, including roof replacement, new gutters, and replacement of windows and doors. HVAC systems will be upgraded, including relocation of the air handling unit, duct cleaning, and addition of new air vents. Interior work includes kitchen remodeling with new appliances, lighting installation, closet modifications, removal of popcorn ceilings, and full interior and exterior painting.
