NEMT Broker for Medicaid FFS Beneficiaries

The Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is seeking proposals for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program Manager to establish and administer a comprehensive NEMT program for eligible fee-for-service (FFS) Michigan Medicaid beneficiaries. A monthly capitated rate is applied per eligible FFS beneficiary residing in the contract area, and is payment inclusive for both NEMT services and administrative duties. The MDHHS broker contracts to date have been limited to provision of NEMT services for fee-for-service (FFS) Medicaid beneficiaries residing in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties.
