The Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) Climate Action Office seeks a qualified contractor to update and expand Vermont’s existing life cycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions analysis, originally developed in 2023. This work supplements Vermont’s annual in-boundary, sector-based GHG Emissions Inventory and will support future updates to the Vermont Climate Action Plan.
