The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of mine site reclamation on the siteknown as the FOUR MILE FENSTER ABANDONED MINERAL MINE LANDS in the unincorporatedcommunity of EWING, Virginia, forthe Commonwealth of Virginia.3.2 The intent of this Specification is to prescribe the complete work to be performed.
