Lake Sumter Landing Recreational Waterfront Wharf Project

The project consists of the demolition and lawful disposal of the existing boating facility (dock structure) and the construction of a new 12,309-square-foot floating dock system that includes a boathouse, gazebo, and concession building to support Dragon Boat activities and ferry boat tours. The project includes the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components necessary to support the open-air facility.
