Texas Conference for Employers

TWC is seeking responses for its 2027 Texas Conference for Employers, a series of four (4) distinct conferences held in different locations. TWC seeks a qualified respondent to provide a comprehensive package of Conference Services, to include conference meeting space, food and beverage services, audio visual equipment and on-site support, daily parking options for attendees, and a block of guestrooms for approximately twenty (20) TWC staff members.
