Sealed Proposals for Phase 2 Construction of the One Toombs Industrial Park, located on US Hwy 1 North in Toombs County, GA, will be received by the Toombs County Development Authority (TCDA), 208 East First Street, Suite 100, Vidalia, GA 30474, until 12:00 P.M., Friday, September 25, 2026. Proposals will remain sealed until evaluated the following week. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the TCDA office at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 3, 2026.
