The City of Bristol, Virginia (the “City”), invites qualified developers to submit proposals for the purchase and development of two city owned properties; former Highland View Elementary School located at 1425 Eads Avenue and former Washington Lee Elementary School located at 185 Washington Lee Drive.The City is interested in maximizing the use of the site(s) and is seeking innovative proposals that represent the highest and best use of the site that aligns with the community’s long-term goals and expands the local tax base.
