Temporary Personnel Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish an optional-use term contract with one or more qualified suppliers (Offerors or Contractors) through competitive negotiation, to provide Temporary Personnel Services on an as needed basis, to the Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively “Authorized Users” as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301.
