ERO Mechanical Maintenance Services

The Department of Ecology is seeking a contractor to continue a preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance program, upgrades and new works for HVAC equipment and related plumbing and subsystems for Ecology’s Eastern Regional Office facility located at 4601 N. Monroe, Spokane, WA. In addition, the contractor is to provide on-call repair services and emergency response for mechanical system failures or required upgrades and new works as directed by the Ecology Facility Manager or designee.
