Bridge Engineering Software Services

Provide engineering, computer software support, and computer software development services to supplement and assist the PA Office of Administration/Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center (OA/IED)/Bureau of Solutions Management/Highway Applications Division/Engineering Software Section personnel in the support services and maintenance of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Bridge Engineering Software. The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) program and PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program apply to this procurement.
